Why I want to learn about the Shape Security team.
Working as an outside marketing consultant has meant jumping into new industries
with both feet and quickly gaining an understanding of what drives my client’s companies,
and what makes their customers tick, rationally and emotionally.
Shape’s innovative technology is head and shoulders above the competition, not just
in stopping imitation attacks but in creating opportunites for value added products like Blackfish.
I see a need to gain not just a better understanding of how Shape Security works,
but how members of the sales team engage with customers.
With a solid Fortune 500 customer base Shape is now approaching different customers
with different workflows and encountering new sales challenges.
Being a part of the marketing team that supports this sales team in showing new customers
that they can expect the same stellar customer service and support the Fortune 500s demand
is a tall order. I am fascinated by the possibilities.
